Chen, depicts the clever and elegant way Christine Saunders from The Spiraled Stem used blumeboxes to transport bouquets for a recent Southern California wedding. Eight-inch Black blumeboxes and six-inch yellow blumeboxes were adorned with different thicknesses of yellow and black ribbon, then whimsical name tags were affixed on the front. Silky black ribbon wrapped the yellow and white Calla Lilies in delicate folds. It was a perfect, fanciful look, and easy enough to try at home!

For the black, yellow and white themed wedding above, the simple bouquet of Stephanotis was adorned with tiny pearl beads, and set in a six-inch yellow blumebox. A simple square of stock card was personalized with the brides name. Time to put the transport together? Just a few minutes, but the bride loved it, and it helped keep the flowers fresh all through the evening.

The color we associate with sunshine is just about as cheerful as it gets. Mixing one of the most recognizable heralds of spring – the smile-inducing daffodil – with elegant black and white accents can turn any occasion into a gala event.

This look was created using a tall Cornflower Yellow blumebox, filled tightly with a dozen daffodils. A black, patterned ribbon was affixed at an angle, and topped with a scalloped, monogrammed tag. The entire arrangement took only minutes to assemble, but the overall look was simply elegant.
