What and adorable “Preppy Turtle” themed birthday party that Kori from Kori Clark Designs created for her daughters 3rd birthday.

The inspiration behind the party came from a fascination with turtles and Lilly Pullitzer Partyware. Lime green, light pink, bright pink and white bring together this oh so preppy celebration perfectly.

Pinwheels set the stage for fun on the kids table! She made arrangements using the big Lilly Pulitzer Tort pinwheels and custom made amazing white pinwheels from Twirlie Whirlies that were set into the our “kid AND eco-friendly” 6″ white blumeboxes!

This Toy Story party illustrates perfectly the versatility of blumeboxes. Bella Grace Party Designs uses the 6″ red burst blumebox as cupcake stands. Simply open the blumeboxes into position and place a plate of your choice on top and fill with cupcakes.

We love the “woodsy” feel that silver birch gives off, making it the quintessential texture to incorporate in a Fall or Winter celebration. Shown here are a cluster of 4″ cube silver birch blumeboxes that served as a runner for this table.

Each silver birch cube was filled with a cluster white hydrangeas and focus yellow mini buttons.

Another take on this idea would be to move the blumeboxes together to form one long centerpiece without any space between the boxes. Leave as is or tie off with ribbon.

Couture Parties blog has some of the most inspiring posts and this Retro Pink Bicycle Birthday Party is no acception.

The silver, green and pale pink palette makes for such a fun and elegant celebration for this dessert birthday party.  The mixture of floral arrangements and candy bouquets to the desserts themselves, makes this dessert table absolutely adorable!

Stephanie used 4″ pretty n pink blumebox cubes decorated with sage green ribbon that was tied off with a silver tassel. These decorations were stuffed with plastic grass, topping off the centers with a giant colorful swirl lollipop.

The silver cube floral arrangements were designed in 6″silver cube ceramic vases. To recreate this floral design you could use our 4″ silver satin cube blumebox.

Keep in mind that this party could easily be transformed into a baby boy or baby neutral baby shower by using blues or yellows or greens.

Shown here is our 8″ cornflower yellow blumebox that we filled with an assortment of lettuce, green onions,carrots and tomatoes that came fresh from the garden. For a little add on, we incorporated salad tongs to the bouquet.

This is just one more idea demonstrating that  blumeboxes are not just to be used for fresh flowers and potted plants.
